Synchronize Shopify data manually

• You can update your Shopify customer and order data to keep it current.
• StoreCRM automatically synchronizes Shopify data every 15 minutes to 3 hours, but there are times when synchronization does not work, such as when there is too much data. In such cases, you can go to StoreCRM -> [Data] to sync manually.
• Data synchronization status can also be checked here.

Reacquire data

• Click to obtain the difference data from the last manual synchronization date and time.
• Compared to forced reacquisition, synchronization takes a shorter time.

1. click on StoreCRM -> [Data].

Force reacquisition of data

• Click to retrieve all of your Shopify customer and order data, going back in time.
• Depending on the amount of data, synchronization may take longer than reacquisition.
