- Customers can still access the store while our staff is working on it.
- If the collaborator request code is not shown even with administrator access, you may not have sufficient permissions. In that case, ask thestore ownerto provide or approve the request code, or to grant you permission to manage collaborator requests.

Flow of Approval for Collaborator Access
- If you have set a 4-digit numeric collaborator request code, please operate from step 1.
- If you have not set a 4-digit numeric collaborator request code, please operate from step 2.
1. contact us with your collaborator access code from your store.
You can find your 4-digit collaborator request code by going to Shopify -> Settings -> Users & Permissions -> Security -> Collaborator Request Code.
We will apply for collaborator access to you.
3. the customer must approve the application.
- To approve the request, in Shopify go to Settings → Users and permissions → Requests → GroovyMedia.Inc., then click Accept request.
- After approval, please contact us by e-mail or other means.
