Collect additional customer information during or immediately after registration through Shopify’s new customer accounts or an OIDC flow. Configure fields such as name, phone number, birthday, metafields, marketing consent, and terms acceptance.
The Customer Properties widget displays forms on Shopify profile, thank-you, and order status pages to collect additional customer information. Only fields enabled in StoreCRM are displayed.

Use Duplicate segment to create a new segment based on the conditions of an existing StoreCRM segment. Open the segment menu and choose the duplication action.

Segment conditions narrow customers by profile data, purchase history, favorites, back-in-stock notifications, and email or LINE engagement. Combine conditions with AND or OR.
The back-in-stock report shows registrations and notifications sent by product or variant. Filter by period or notification channel and export the results as CSV.
The StoreCRM favorites list shows favorited products and the number of customers for each product. Select a product to view customer details, status, and first registration date.
Create CSV files from supported list screens and retrieve them from the Download list. Small exports download immediately; larger exports are prepared in the background and announced by email.
StoreCRM cannot migrate or import customer data from other CRM/MA apps. However, it can automatically sync customer and order data from Shopify every 15 minutes to 3 hours.
StoreCRM automatically syncs Shopify data every 15 minutes to 3 hours, but sometimes it may not sync properly if you have too much data. In such cases, you can manually synchronize the data in StoreCRM→.
