Set up a campaign
In StoreCRM, click on "Campaigns.
Click on "Add New Campaign.

Set up customer segments
Create a customer segment to which you want to send the newsletter.
1. click on "Customer Segments" → "Create New Segment".
Set the name of the segment.

Set the execution conditions.
As an example, set up a customer who has never made a purchase.
