Basic Operation and Settings

Connect with LINE

  • To link StoreCRM and LINE, please do the following
  • When linked to LINE, LINE messages can be delivered to customers at the appropriate time.

  • LINE Business IDs are set up on different screens depending on the account you have logged in to.
  • Basically, you can link StoreCRM by setting up the following three items.
    1. LINE Login
    2. Messaging API
    3. Official LINE Account

Log in with your LINE Business account.

  • This manual explains how to set up a LINE Business account.
  • For other login methods, the contents may vary, but basically similar settings are required to complete the linkage.
1. LINE Developers→ Click [Login to Console].

Click on "Login with Business Account.

Enter your e-mail address and password, then click "Login.

Create a new provider

The console screen will appear, and click "Create" on the provider.

Enter the provider name.
  • As an example, we entered "StoreCRM Official Account".
  • We recommend setting it to "Shopify store name + official account" for clarity.

Click "Create".

Set up LINE Login

Create a channel within the created provider.

Click [LINE Login].

Set the region to be served.

As an example, we set "Japan".

Set the country/region where the company/business is located.

As an example, we set "Japan".

Set channel icons as required.

Set the channel name.
  • As an example, we set "StoreCRM Official Account".
  • We recommend setting it to "Shopify store name + official account" for clarity.

Set the channel description.

As an example, "This is an official StoreCRM account." and set up.

Under "App Type," check the "Web App" checkbox.

8. if necessary, make two-factor authentication mandatory.

9. enter the privacy policy URL, if necessary.

10. enter the Terms of Service URL, if necessary.

11. check [I agree to the terms of the LINE Developer Agreement].

Click "Create".

A LINE login has been created.

Linking LINE Login and StoreCRM

  • Linking LINE Login and StoreCRM.
  • Please open the StoreCRM screen beforehand.
1. click [LINE Login] on the official StoreCRM account.

Click on "Basic Channel Settings.

Click the Copy button on the right to copy the channel ID.

4. Click StoreCRM -> [Settings] -> [LINE Settings] and paste the ID you just copied into the [LINE Channel ID] field.

5. scroll down the LINE Login screen. Click the Copy button to the right of Channel Secret to copy the string.

6. paste the string you just copied into the [LINE Channel Secrets] field in StoreCRM.

Copy the [callback URL].

Click [LINE Login Settings] under LINE Login. 8.

Paste what you just copied into the callback URL. 9.

Click "Update.

Click on "Under Development.

Click "Publish.

Customers can now log in to LINE and register as friends.

Configuring the Messaging API

Click on "Create New Channel.

Click on "Messaging API.

Setting up an official LINE account

1. click on [Set up an official LINE account].

Click "Login.

Set the account name.

As an example, we set "StoreCRM Official Account".

4. set the country/region where the company/business is located, if necessary.

As an example, we set "Japan".

5. select the type of business for the service to be provided.
6. check the Operational Purpose checkbox.

7. select the major uses that apply.

Click "Confirm.

If all is well, click "Finish.

An official LINE account has been set up.

10. "Your official LINE account has been created. If there are no problems, click [Authenticate Later].
If there are no problems, click "Agree.

If there are no problems, click "Agree".

If there are no problems, click "Next".

14. "Let's get friends first (2/2)" will appear, click "Add Friends".

Linking the provider with the Messaging API of the official LINE account

Click on "Settings.

Click on "Messaging API.

Click on "Messaging API.

If you are satisfied with the contents, click "OK.

Copy the Channel ID of the Messaging API.

Messaging API settings can also be found in LINE Developers -> [Console] -> [Providers] -> [Messaging API].

9. paste it into [LINE Channel ID] in StoreCRM.

Copy the channel secret of the Messaging API.

11. paste it into [LINE Channel Secrets] in StoreCRM.

12. copy the StoreCRM webhook URL.

13. Paste in the LINE Webhook URL and click "Save".

StoreCRM and LINE integration has been completed.

Place a LINE registration button on your Shopify store account page

You can place a LINE registration button on your Shopify store account page.

Example of LINE registration button installation

1. go to StoreCRM -> [Settings] -> [LINE Settings] -> check [LINE integration with Shopify store] and click [Save].

  • [We recommend that you click "Register" to test if you can actually register.
  • If an error occurs, the LINE login channel is [.under developmentPlease set it to [Published] and try again. Please change it to [Published] and try again.
