Basic Operation and Settings

I want to use my own domain for the sender e-mail address.

  • To use your own domain email address as the sender email address for emails sent to you, please do the following

When setting up on your own domain

1. click on "Settings" → "Basic Settings".

Enter the name of the sender of the e-mail.

Enter the name you wish to display for the mail sender's name (sender).

Enter the sender's email address (return email address).

Log in to your domain administrator's administration page.

8. When you have finished configuring the DNS record settings, return to StoreCRM and click "Confirm Settings.

If DNS data is confirmed, the configuration is complete.

When settings are complete, click "Save".

To set up in Gmail

  • Currently, Gmail domain authentication is not recommended and cannot be supported.

  • If you wish to authenticate your domain name, we request that you obtain your own domain name from Name.com or similar.

When setting up on a Sakura rental server

Click on "Domain/SSL.

Select your own domain → [Settings] → [DNS Record Settings].

DNS records for xxx.sakura.ne.jp cannot be set.

4. click "Add" at the bottom and select the record type [MX] -> Register by copying and pasting the string of the setting information in StoreCRM.

5. click "Add" and select the record type [TXT] -> Register by copying and pasting the string of the setting information in StoreCRM.

For MX settings, use "mx.sendgrid.net" and remove the trailing ". Please remove the "." from the end of "mx.sendgrid.net".

Specify the respective subdomains.
