Basic Operation and Settings

I want to use my own domain for the sender e-mail address.

  • To use your own domain email address as the sender email address for emails sent to you, please do the following
  • By setting up an email address with your own domain, you can set up a sender email address for your customers with the default setting of "Store Name " to "Store Name It can be changed to "" and so on.

When setting up on your own domain

1. click on "Settings" → "Basic Settings".

Enter the name of the sender of the e-mail.

Enter the name you wish to display for the mail sender's name (sender).

Log in to your domain administrator's administration page.

5. be sure to confirm that the information (1) displayed on the StoreCRM side is "mx" in the DNS record setting "mx" field of your domain, and paste (2).
  • If you do not know how to add DNS records for your domain management company, please contact your domain management company's support.
  • （The value of (2) varies from customer to customer.

  • Be sure to paste the StoreCRM domain credentials correctly in the "mx" field, respectively.
  • Pasting in the wrong place may result in an error.
  • How to add "mx" varies depending on your domain administrator. Please refer to the manual of your domain management company for instructions on how to add it.

6. be sure to confirm that the information (3) displayed on the StoreCRM side is "txt" in the DNS record setting "txt" field of your domain, and paste (4).
  • If you do not know how to add DNS records for your domain management company, please contact your domain management company's support.

7. be sure to confirm that the information (5) displayed on the StoreCRM side is "txt" in the DNS record setting "txt" field of your domain, and paste (6).
  • If you do not know how to add DNS records for your domain management company, please contact your domain management company's support.

8. When you have finished configuring the DNS record settings, return to StoreCRM and click "Confirm Settings.

If DNS data is confirmed, the configuration is complete.

When settings are complete, click "Save".

10. deliver a test email and verify that the sender of the email is an email address using your own domain.

To set up in Gmail

  • Currently, Gmail domain authentication is not recommended and cannot be supported.
  • Even without domain authentication, if you put a Gmail address in the sender email address (return email address), the address will be displayed as the return address.
  • If you wish to authenticate your domain name, we request that you obtain your own domain name from Name.com or similar.

When setting up on a Sakura rental server

1. Sakura Rental ServerLog in to the control panel screen of

Click on "Domain/SSL.

Select your own domain → [Settings] → [DNS Record Settings].

DNS records for xxx.sakura.ne.jp cannot be set.

4. click "Add" at the bottom and select the record type [MX] -> Register by copying and pasting the string of the setting information in StoreCRM.

5. click "Add" and select the record type [TXT] -> Register by copying and pasting the string of the setting information in StoreCRM.

  • To add DNS settings, you must do a Moomoo DNS Custom Configuration.

For MX settings, use "mx.sendgrid.net" and remove the trailing ". Please remove the "." from the end of "mx.sendgrid.net".

Specify the respective subdomains.
