The Restock Report shows restock-notification registrations and messages sent by product or variant. You can filter by period and notification channel and export the results as a CSV file.
Open the Restock Report
- Open [Reports] in the StoreCRM admin.
- Select [Restock Report].
The initial view shows totals for the last 30 days. Select products or variants to match the unit configured for Favorites and restock notifications.
Change the period and display conditions
- Period: Last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or a custom start and end date
- Search: Product name or product ID
- Group by: Product or variant
- Notification channel: All, email, or LINE
- Show full product names: Show long product names without truncation
Review the results
The summary at the top shows total registrations and messages sent. The table shows the product image, product name, product ID, registrations, and messages sent. The variant view also shows the variant ID and SKU; the product view does not show the SKU.
Export CSV
Click [Export CSV] to export all data matching the current period, search, grouping, and notification-channel filters. Product-level CSV files do not include SKUs; variant-level CSV files do.
