To send email from StoreCRM using an address on your own domain, add the DNS records shown in StoreCRM to your domain provider and complete domain verification. New configurations currently use primarily CNAME records. Do not follow older MX/TXT instructions. Always enter the record type, hostname, and value currently displayed in StoreCRM exactly as shown.
Setup steps
1. Configure the sender email address and email provider
In StoreCRM, open Settings → Basic settings → Email delivery settings. Enter the sender email address, select an email provider according to your plan, then generate the DNS values.
2. Add the displayed CNAME records to DNS
For each row displayed in StoreCRM, add the hostname, record type, and value to your domain provider. If additional records such as DMARC are shown, add those as well. The values differ for each store.

- Some DNS providers automatically append the domain to the hostname. Check the preview to make sure the domain is not entered twice.
- If your DNS provider offers proxying, configure email-verification CNAME records as DNS-only.
- Do not delete or modify existing MX records used to receive email.
3. Verify the settings in StoreCRM
After the DNS changes have propagated, select Verify settings. DNS changes may take time to propagate. If verification is still incomplete, check for extra spaces in the hostname, record type, or value; a duplicated domain; and proxy settings, then try again.
Checks before sending
- The verification status is complete
- The sender email address uses the domain that was verified
- The test email is received and there are no issues with spam filtering or the displayed sender
