Precautions when operating multiple stores

• If StoreCRM is installed in multiple stores, please operate with the following points in mind.
• Please note, for example, when you are operating a test store and a production store.
• When setting up StoreCRM for multiple stores, be sure to work on one store and log out when you are done to work on another.

Multiple stores with StoreCRM installed are not opened in the same browser tab

• When you work in Store A, work in Store B, and then return to Store A to save the data, the data in Store B may be rewritten.
• This phenomenon occurs with the following operations

1. Working with Store A in a browser tab
2. Work on Store B in a different tab of the same browser
3. Go back to the Store A tab and save some data.
4. Data in Store B is rewritten.
