Create customer segments with ECPower

In the left navigation of ECPower, click on "Customer Segments" -> "Create New".

2. set conditions such as product name, number of purchases, etc.

Click "Save As.

Click on "Linkage" and set the status to "ON". 5.

6. copy the tags of the automatically created customer segment.

It will be pasted into StoreCRM later.

Creating Segments in StoreCRM

Set up customer segments to receive emails in StoreCRM.

1. in the left navigation of StoreCRM, click [Customers] -> [Segment List], then click [Add New Segment].

Click [Add Condition] → Set the following in the Execution Condition.
  • client
  • tag
  • Includes the following conditions
  • Tag name set by ECPower

Click "Next" when you have completed the settings.

Setup is complete.
