StoreCRM provides a scenario template that triggers easyPoints point changes.
Measures that can be implemented
- Mail magazine and LINE distribution to encourage cross-selling when points are earned and points in possession exceed XX points.
- Notification e-mail and LINE delivery when award points are granted
How to set up in StoreCRM
Setting example: Cross-sell e-mail and LINE measures targeting customers holding 1,000 or more points at the time of point acquisition
Select [Scenarios] > [Create New Scenario] on the ①StoreCRM application screen.
Select [easyPoints had a change in points in easyPoints].
(2) Set the scenario name and select the e-mail and line messages to be delivered.
Use easyPoints data in your e-mail messages. You can check the available easyPoints data items in the "*" section.
A second or third letter can be delivered after a time interval.
(3) Since this scenario operates when there is a change in purchase points, it also operates when points are used. Therefore, the scenario is narrowed down by execution conditions.
The conditions for use are as follows
- Point Value
- Latest Point Type
- rank
- Point Expiration Date
- Latest point limit
This time, the pointAt least 1,000 points held at the time of acquisitionThe latest point increase/decrease must be greater than 0 (points have increased) and the point value must be greater than 1000 (hold more than 1000 points).
After setting the conditions, click the "Save" button to save the settings.
(4) When you are satisfied with the settings on the detail screen, click "Enable? to activate the scenario. Once activated, the scenario will be activated and the emails and LINE messages will be sent to the corresponding customers.
Use easyPoints data in the wording of your emails
The data from the linked easyPoints can be displayed in the text of the emails and LINE messages to be sent out.
The data that can be displayed are as follows
