  • Prices for each plan vary depending on the number of customers to be linked.
  • The fee simulation is,this way (direction close to the speaker or towards the speaker)for more information.
  • The fee simulation can also be found in the StoreCRM application under [Settings] → [Billing Plans].
  • Each plan is automatically changed in the following month based on the number of customers at the end of the month.
  • All plans come with a 30-day free trial period.

    Support and work tickets

    • If you are a customer who is not part of an accompanying package and would like to receive personalized support from us, please purchase a support ticket.
    • Support tickets can be purchased in the StoreCRM application by going to [Settings] → [Purchase Support and Work Tickets].
    • The accompaniment package includes all support and work, so there is no need to purchase a ticket.
    • If you need a lot of support, please consider joining the accompaniment package.
