What is Collaborator Access?

• Collaborator access means that we will access your store with our account.
• Our staff will use this service to check the status of the failure and set up the system on your behalf.
• Customers can still access the store while our staff is working on it.

Flow of Approval for Collaborator Access

• If you have set a 4-digit numeric collaborator request code, please operate from step 1.
• If you have not set a 4-digit numeric collaborator request code, please operate from step 2.

1. contact us with your collaborator access code from your store.

You can find your 4-digit collaborator access code by going to Shopify → [Settings] → [Users & Permissions] → [Collaborator Request Code].

We will apply for collaborator access to you.

3. the customer must approve the application.

• To approve, click Shopify -> [Settings] -> [Users and Permissions] -> GroovyMedia.Inc -> [Approve Request].
• After approval, please contact us by e-mail or other means.

4. our staff will check the status of the failure and set up the system on your behalf.
