  • You can schedule messages to be sent a few minutes, hours, or days after a purchase.

Setting Up Cross-Sell Emails Is Easy

  • With StoreCRM, you can easily set up cross-sell emails without installing any additional apps.
  • Please make sure that the StoreCRM app is installed on your Shopify store in advance.
  • To send cross-sell emails, you need to subscribe to the Standard Plan or higher of StoreCRM.

Add a Scenario

Click [Send a message after purchase completion] to add a scenario.

Set the Time Delay After Purchase Completion

  • For example, “1 hour” is selected.
  • You can choose from minutes, hours, or days as the unit.

Select the Email or LINE Message to Send

  • You can also send a LINE message at the same time.
  • To create a new email, go to [Messages] → [Email List].
  • You can send emails using a template, or create an original email.

Additional Messages Can Be Scheduled

  • Check [Send a second message].
  • Set up the email using the same steps as for the first message.
  • Sending different content in the first and subsequent emails can help improve your conversion rate.
  • Sending a coupon in the second email and recommended products in the third can lead to increased sales.

  • You can also configure the settings so that the second email is not sent if the coupon has already been used.

Set the Timing for Sending the Second Message

  • For example, “3 hours” is selected.
  • You can choose the unit from minutes, hours, or days.

Create a Cross-Sell Email

  • Create the email specified in the scenario.
  • You can send the email using a template, or create a custom one from scratch.
  • This will automatically send the email to customers after their purchase.

Track Open Rate, Click Rate, and Sales with Reporting Tools

  • You can check open rates, click rates, and sales using StoreCRM’s reporting feature.
  • You can also specify conditions for particular scenarios or emails.
  • Click [Download this data (Shift_JIS for Microsoft Excel)] or [Download this data (UTF-8 for non-Microsoft Excel)] to download the data.
