Since introducing StoreCRM we have been able to design a wide range of automated journeys, starting with checkout abandonment, and run our marketing automation exactly the way we always wanted to. We also added a wishlist to the store, which makes it easy for shoppers to come back to a product that caught their eye while browsing; paired with reminder campaigns, it has lifted our conversion rate. The fine-grained adjustments we could never get from overseas apps are proposed and implemented by the StoreCRM team as we go, which has been a great help.
