- This is an agreement in which the agency introduces highly qualified leads.
- The StoreCRM tool contract will be handled by Groovy Media Inc.
- The agency can receive 10% to 20% of the total sales amount from the referred leads.
- Payments are made at the end of the second month following the month-end closing.
- Payments will continue as long as both the agency agreement and the tool contract remain active.

* Shopify fees will consist of 15% of sales and a standard payment processing fee (approximately 3%).
* The commission rate will be determined based on the contract terms.
* While the end client’s payments to Shopify are made in USD, our payments to agencies will be in Japanese yen. The conversion rate will be based on the TTB rate (telegraphic transfer buying rate) of Mitsubishi UFJ Bank at the end of the commission month. However, in the event of significant exchange rate fluctuations, we reserve the right to use the TTB rate from another day within the same month at our discretion.
Commission Payment Method

Frequently Asked Questions
- The customer has already installed the Shopify app. Will the referral be recognized as valid?
Yes, if the lead is reported within one month of the app installation, it will be considered valid. Please make sure to contact us.
If the report is made after one month, it will not be considered valid for performance-based rewards, but it will still count toward your total number of referrals. We recommend reporting it regardless.
- Since we are handling the operation on behalf of the client, would it be possible to provide the Virtual Marketer Plan directly to us?
Yes, it is possible. We can provide the Virtual Marketer Plan including companies that have an agency agreement with us. However, the final contact information must include the person in charge at the end client.
- Is it possible to implement the system according to our own infrastructure? Are APIs available?
