On confirmation screens for subscription, unsubscription, or LINE disconnection, review the requested change before running it. Opening the screen alone does not apply the change. Appearance and sign-in methods depend on the store settings.<\/p>\n

Run a change from the store\u2019s confirmation screen<\/h2>\n
\n

1. Review the requested change<\/h3>\n

Where: A subscription or connection confirmation screen in the store<\/p>\n

Read 1 the requested change and identify 2 \u5b9f\u884c (Run) and 3 \u30ad\u30e3\u30f3\u30bb\u30eb (Cancel). This example is newsletter unsubscription; subscription and LINE disconnection show different confirmation text.<\/p>\n

Check: Opening the confirmation screen alone does not change the subscription or LINE connection.<\/p>\n

2. Run the reviewed change<\/h3>\n

Where: \u5b9f\u884c below the confirmation message<\/p>\n

After checking the requested change, click \u5b9f\u884c (Run). Wait for the result instead of clicking repeatedly.<\/p>\n

Check: Processing starts. Check the resulting message before treating the change as complete.<\/p>\n

3. Review the completion message<\/h3>\n

Where: Result after running the change<\/p>\n

Check that the success message matches the intended operation. This example says that newsletter unsubscription succeeded.<\/p>\n

Check: You can confirm the completed operation. Do not treat an error or sign-in request as completion.<\/p>\n

Cancel without applying a change<\/h2>\n
\n

1. Cancel before running the change<\/h3>\n

Where: \u30ad\u30e3\u30f3\u30bb\u30eb in the confirmation screen<\/p>\n

To abandon the change, click \u30ad\u30e3\u30f3\u30bb\u30eb (Cancel) before Run. This does not undo a change already completed.<\/p>\n

Check: The operation is stopped without applying the change.<\/p>\n

2. Confirm cancellation<\/h3>\n

Where: Result after cancelling<\/p>\n

Check for the message that the operation was cancelled.<\/p>\n

Check: The change was not run from this confirmation screen.<\/p>\n

When sign-in or reauthentication is required<\/h2>\n
\n

1. Recognize a sign-in requirement<\/h3>\n

Where: Sign-in link below a failed-setting message<\/p>\n

Use the displayed sign-in link when prompted. After signing in to the store, reopen the original confirmation screen and review the requested operation.<\/p>\n

Check: You can recognize that the change cannot proceed before sign-in.<\/p>\n

2. Recognize a reauthentication request<\/h3>\n

Where: Sign-in link after an unsubscribe failure<\/p>\n

If unsubscription fails and requests sign-in even though you previously signed in, follow the link to sign in again. Then review the original confirmation screen; do not mistake this failure for success.<\/p>\n

Check: You can distinguish a reauthentication requirement from a completed unsubscription.<\/p>\n
