- Only active restock notification requests that have not yet been sent are transferred.<\/li>\n\n
- A product deleted from Shopify can be selected as a source when active requests remain. Select a currently active Shopify product variant as the destination.<\/li>\n\n
- Sent, deleted, and merged requests and delivery history are not changed. The transfer operation itself does not send a restock notification.<\/li>\n\n
- This feature is available to the store owner or staff with the required permissions on enabled stores. If the link is not displayed, contact StoreCRM support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Open the transfer screen<\/h2>\n\n\n

- In StoreCRM admin, open Customer > Restock Notification List.<\/li>\n\n
- Click Transfer restock notification requests.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
Select source and destination products<\/h2>\n\n\n

- Select Selected transfer.<\/li>\n\n
- Select the old product under Source and the new product under Destination. You can search by product name, SKU, or Shopify ID.<\/li>\n\n
- To specify multiple pairs, click Add transfer.<\/li>\n\n
- Only when the Shopify product information is outdated, click Update selected product information.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

- Select Bulk CSV transfer, then click Download CSV template.<\/li>\n\n
- Enter the source and destination in source_sku,target_sku or source_variant_id,target_variant_id columns. You can also mix SKU and Shopify variant ID between the source and destination.<\/li>\n\n
- Click Choose CSV file and select the CSV file you created.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

- Click Review transfer details. The transfer is not executed at this point.<\/li>\n\n
- Review the planned count, existing destination registrations, duplicates to merge, result, and reasons or warnings.<\/li>\n\n
- Confirm that Ready to execute is displayed. If there is a warning, review it before continuing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

- Select I confirm that only active requests will be transferred and sent history will not be changed.<\/li>\n\n
- Click Execute transfer. Processing continues even if you leave the screen.<\/li>\n\n
- Confirm that Review result: Completed is displayed. If needed, click Download result CSV.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

After completion, you can download the result CSV and undo the transfer when the safety requirements are met.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n Undo a transfer<\/h2>\n\n\n
A completed transfer can be undone from Undo transfer only when its requests have not been used for notifications and no additional registration or another transfer has occurred. If undo is rejected, do not retry repeatedly. Save the result CSV and contact StoreCRM support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If a transfer cannot be executed<\/h2>\n\n\n

- If a restock notification for the product is processing, wait for it to finish and click Review transfer details again.<\/li>\n\n
- If multiple candidates have the same SKU, specify the Shopify variant ID.<\/li>\n\n
- If product information is outdated, click Update selected product information and select the source and destination again.<\/li>\n\n
- If the transfer is Not transferable because of conflicting customer data, request limits, an unpublished destination, or another reason, review the message and contact StoreCRM support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
