In that case, ask the<strong>store owner<\/strong>to provide or approve the request code, or to grant you permission to manage collaborator requests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For more information about collaborator requests, see<a href=\"https:\/\/help.shopify.com\/ja\/manual\/your-account\/users\/security\/collaborator-accounts\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>\u00a0for more information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Flow of Approval for Collaborator Access<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you have set a 4-digit numeric collaborator request code, please operate from step 1.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you have not set a 4-digit numeric collaborator request code, please operate from step 2.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. contact us with your collaborator access code from your store.<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can find your 4-digit collaborator request code by going to Shopify -&gt; Settings -&gt; Users &amp; Permissions -&gt; Security -&gt; Collaborator Request Code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">We will apply for collaborator access to you.<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. the customer must approve the application.<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To approve the request, in Shopify go to Settings \u2192 Users and permissions \u2192 Requests \u2192 GroovyMedia.Inc., then click Accept request.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After approval, please contact us by e-mail or other means.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. our staff will check the status of the failure and set up the system on your behalf.<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-verse has-small-font-size\"><strong>memo<\/strong><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Collaborator Access is the ability to use a collaborator account to access a client's store directly from their own partner dashboard or through the Shopify app.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/help.shopify.com\/ja\/partners\/dashboard\/managing-stores\/request-access\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Collaborator Access<\/a>For information on how to apply for a<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Flow of Approval for Collaborator Access 1.
