Actions such as sending emails start for customers who meet its conditions.<\/td><td>For normal operation<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Paused (new events)<\/td><td>Prevents new scenario runs from starting. Runs already in progress continue normally.<\/td><td>When you want to stop delivery to new recipients but allow deliveries already in progress to continue<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Stopped<\/td><td>Stops the scenario. No new runs start, and runs already in progress do not continue.<\/td><td>When you want to stop the entire scenario<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Draft<\/td><td>The scenario has not been published yet.<\/td><td>While creating or reviewing the configuration<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Archived<\/td><td>Stores a scenario that is no longer in use.<\/td><td>When you want to organize the scenario list<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Difference between Stopped and Paused (new events)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stopped and Paused (new events) both stop a scenario, but they affect in-progress runs differently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Goal<\/th><th class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Status to select<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>Stop only new runs for future recipients<\/td><td>Paused (new events)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Allow queued or in-progress runs to continue<\/td><td>Paused (new events)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Stop the entire scenario<\/td><td>Stopped<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Review the configuration before resuming<\/td><td>Stopped<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Remove an unused scenario from the active list<\/td><td>Archived<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For example, suppose a customer has received the first email in a sequence and the second is scheduled for several days later. If you select Paused (new events), the remaining steps for that customer continue normally, while no scenario run starts for customers who newly meet the conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pause a scenario for new events<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the scenario list or scenario details page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click Status for the target scenario.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select Paused (new events).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Note: Paused (new events) can be selected from an Active scenario.
