Basic app settings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you first launch StoreCRM, configure the display language, information required to send email, contact details, and agreement to the terms. If you select Japanese, an optional 1-on-1 support scheduling screen is shown at the end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">STEP 1 Select a language<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select the StoreCRM display language from the dropdown. [Continue] or [Get started] remains disabled if a required field is incomplete or invalid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>Item<\/th><th>Description.<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>Store basic settings<\/td><td>Enter the email sender name. Use a store or brand name that recipients will recognize.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Sending settings<\/td><td>Enter the reply-to email address. A dedicated StoreCRM address is shown as the sender. Additional domain setup is required to use a sender address on your own domain.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Contact information<\/td><td>Enter the contact email address and phone number. When available, the email address of the logged-in staff account is used as the default. Enter it manually if the field is blank.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy<\/td><td>Review the linked documents and turn on both agreement checkboxes. You cannot continue with only one selected.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">If a validation error appears<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enter the email address in a format such as<code>name@example.com<\/code> .<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Phone numbers may contain digits, hyphens, parentheses, plus signs, and spaces. Scheduling is optional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>Options<\/th><th>Behavior<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>Schedule initial onboarding<\/td><td>Click the button and select a preferred date and time from the calendar. After scheduling is complete, you are taken to the dashboard after three seconds.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Start without scheduling<\/td><td>Complete initial setup without scheduling and go to the dashboard. You can schedule 1-on-1 support later.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you select English or another language other than Japanese, the scheduling step is not shown. StoreCRM checks configuration on the server as you proceed, so you can complete only the unfinished items in order.<\/p>\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Select a channel<\/h5>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Select either email or LINE as the first channel to use. Complete the current task<\/h5>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For email, confirm the sender address, DNS domain authentication, and test delivery. Select<strong>Continue later<\/strong>in the upper-right corner to save your progress and resume later.<\/p>\n\n\n<!-- storecrm-sprint31:end:production-onboarding -->\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Initial setup is complete when the dashboard appears after scheduling or selecting [Start without scheduling]. Test mode is enabled initially. Send a test before starting production delivery, and then disable Test mode from Settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. change Shopify settings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Enable marketing options<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Shopify settings, enable the marketing option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. click on Shopify -&gt; [Settings] -&gt; [Checkout].<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.
