{"id":1927,"date":"2024-09-18T23:37:40","date_gmt":"2024-09-18T14:37:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/storecrm.com\/help\/?p=1927"},"modified":"2026-09-03T20:28:31","modified_gmt":"2026-09-03T11:28:31","slug":"test-mode","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/storecrm.com\/help\/en\/setting\/test-mode\/","title":{"rendered":"Enable test mode"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The test mode allows you to check the operation of StoreCRM completely free of charge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In Test mode, email and LINE delivery to actual customers is stopped and messages are sent only to test recipients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emails are sent to the addresses configured under [Test recipient email addresses] in StoreCRM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>LINE messages from scenarios and campaigns are sent only to customers whose email address matches a [Test recipient email address], who have connected LINE, and who can receive messages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If there is no eligible LINE test recipient, the LINE message is not sent to actual customers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>To send email and LINE messages to customers in production,<a href=\"https:\/\/storecrm.com\/help\/en\/price\/plan\/\">Standard plan<\/a>or higher and disable Test mode.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sales via email delivered via StoreCRM while in test mode will not be added to the settlement fee. Enter the test recipient email addresses.<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Test mode, emails are sent to the addresses entered here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To test LINE messages, a customer with the same email address must have connected LINE. Click [Send verification code], enter the six-digit code you receive, and click [Verify]. Enter the code before it expires; request a new code if it has expired. Five consecutive incorrect attempts lock verification for 30 minutes.<\/p><p>Confirm that [Recipient verified] is displayed, and then save. A store whose review is incomplete can send up to 20 test emails in a rolling 24-hour period. They are not sent to actual customers who match the scenario or campaign conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What happens if no LINE test recipient is found?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The LINE message is not sent, and it is never sent to actual customers instead.
