New configurations currently use primarily\u00a0<strong>CNAME records<\/strong>. Do not follow older MX\/TXT instructions. Always enter the record type, hostname, and value currently displayed in StoreCRM exactly as shown.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Setup steps<\/h2>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Configure the sender email address and email provider<\/h3>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In StoreCRM, open\u00a0<strong>Settings \u2192 Basic settings \u2192 Email delivery settings<\/strong>. Enter the sender email address, select an email provider according to your plan, then generate the DNS values.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Add the displayed CNAME records to DNS<\/h3>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For each row displayed in StoreCRM, add the hostname, record type, and value to your domain provider. If additional records such as DMARC are shown, add those as well. Check the preview to make sure the domain is not entered twice.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>If your DNS provider offers proxying, configure email-verification CNAME records as DNS-only.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Do not delete or modify existing MX records used to receive email.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Verify the settings in StoreCRM<\/h3>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After the DNS changes have propagated, select\u00a0<strong>Verify settings<\/strong>. DNS changes may take time to propagate.
